A tale as old as time the boy met a girl while they both were Serving in the United States Coast Guard. Soon they were married and looking for their first home. The Real Estate market was getting ready to shift so they began the hunt. They found a “Diamond in the Rough” but it wasn’t easy. They had tried 3 different agents who gave them the run around, showing them houses out of the price range, wasting everyone’s time and getting frustrated.
As a past President and Director of the Board of Realtors Pete would often hear from the community about agents are not listening. After experiencing it himself as a buyer, he made it his mission to not only listen but to work with both sellers and buyers, to educate them about the process leaving no surprises.
